I don't know about you
But starting on a workout has got to be one of the best decisions. Ever.
Feeling your flab gradually melting away and finally some bits of tightened muscles. Really. Self-satisfaction indeed.
In almost 6 months since I've started being all healthy-mealthy, I've managed to shed off approximately 6 kg. Of course, that may seem not that great but hey, in another 6 months if I can keep this up, who knows where this will lead to.
With that being said, how much weight does one have to lose to be considered healthy-looking? Or toned? Or normal?
Till then, let the battle of fit vs flab continue.

nice. in the end, it is all about our health.
Yup! Health before appearance.
huixin, can really tell you lost weight!
i've totally been slacking off on my gym regime...haha...
and the next time you're in KL let me introduce you to TRX...it's quite awesome though i fail at it. Since you do strenght training it should be good for you. sadly i'm one of those cardio ppl and tend to neglect strength training. haha...
Heyy you should start strength training! It gets pretty addictive after a while! Kinda bummed that I might have to halt it in Miri cos I don't know which gym is good to sign up for! Sigh. Woot! TRX sounds awesome! Would love to try it.
