I like HIM!

Him being the super nice man from PTPTN who was so wonderfully helpful now and I am ever so grateful for all his help.

So after the few episodes with calling the PTPTN, mom and I decided to head back to CIMB Boulevard, the place where it all started. As much as I love the smell of that particular branch, I shall now have to deem all of the staff there as extremely UNHELPFUL and LAZY. Every. Single. One. Of. Them.

According to the staff, they send out the SSPN account application form every week. So far, no one has complained of not getting the account. I reckon they should have some evidence on the things that they say for when they stated these statements, they had NO physical proof to show that the forms have been sent out. Perhaps keeping a log book or photostating the forms and filing them accordingly would be something useful in the future, wouldn't you say?

Then the manager on duty (also a former patient) suggested that I fax over my carbon copy to the PTPTN department along side with the other documents needed. Easy for her to say. She's not the one who has to do all the work. So, after all that unhelpful help given and a waste of my one hour break, it was back to the step one; calling PTPTN for the umpteenth time.

This time, however, we managed to talk to this really nice operator who was much MUCH helpful compared to the others, who told us the documents we needed to fax over, to whom we should attention it to (and also their phone numbers to call them) and to which number we should fax it to. Hence, the faxing began which was a bit of a nuisance for the line kept engaging on us.

After faxing over, it was then time to decide which agent to call. Somehow, I had good vibes on Mr Shahrul Nizam so we decided to call him. He turned out to be such a pleasant and cheerful man who was so extremely helpful that he probably was a achiever back in his school days, landed a position in local university and became a wonderful agent for PTPTN after. Heck, he even ran off to check whether the fax was received or not and even called us back within 15 minutes to let us know our account number! The letter should be arriving within 2 weeks, as he says.

Thank you, Mr Shahrul Nizam! I really, really LIKE you! You definitely deserve the employee of the year award. Thank you!! =D

Anyway, I shall now wait for 2 weeks till the letter arrives.

Thank you, Lord, for the wonderful angels surrounding me. =D

As you can see I am very happy. =)))

Nah, Aizzat. Photos for you, taken yonks ago. It's not so wordy anymore, is it? Haha.

Today is the last day of my overtiming time (?). Time flew by rather quickly today. And tomorrow shall be my last day of work.

As much as I am looking forward to being unemployed, I still feel a pang of wistfulness when I think about enjoying Miri because soon, I will be leaving for further studies, another adventure in life, which I have mixed feelings about; excitement and fear.

Some things should be freed in order to embrace something new I reckon.

I thanked the Boss for giving me this chance to experience life as a receptionist and she told me she too felt sad for letting me go. Haha. I told her I would love to help out again, if I do have long holidays and she told me to keep her informed, in case there were any vacancies for me in the future.

In ten minutes, the clock will turn twelve, signifying the last day of work.

Till then.

Glad that you've sorted out the whole application thing. :)

And ah........no more work huh? It is always sad to leave your work, especially the ones that you actually like.
