I think I am becoming siao liao.

Anyway, TGIF!!

Still, I have not many things to update on. Life is slowing to a rather mundane pace which is good. Sometimes. So I shall have to start Project CNY tonight or tomorrow. Hurhur.

So a new job has found me yesterday morning. It was yet another morning where I had to be polite to the stupidest of human kind when I received a phone call from the boss, asking me what were my plans after my stint (which ends on 2oth Feb) at this section ends. I told her I didn't have any for now, secretly thinking I could spend some time lazing around and sleeping in before job-hunting again in March. The boss immediately offered me a job, still receptioning, but in another different area. This time, this job will last me till June and the plus side is, it's also office hours! Now, how could I let my lazy-self resist all this eh? Besides, I'd feel rather lazy trying to be all independant and hunt for jobs meself. So I agreed, hoping that them people in that area won't be as difficult than the area I'm in now. Haha. However, aside from receptioning, the boss did hint something about being a cashier which I hope I don't get asked to do. Can ye imagine them people enquiring me about every single detail on the bill which I know zilch about? Tsk tsk.

Anyway, mom asked me to accompany to a talk last week at Imperial Hotel. I wasn't really keen on going since it would feel rather strange not knowing anyone there but I agreed on going, in the end. It turned out fun. Aside from the talk, there were some team games as well which enabled our group to get more freebies. =D

It was actually a talk about Dumex's latest milk powder, with ogligosaccharide (think it's spelled that la. Biology has flew out of my head) mixture, which provides food (prebiotics if I've not mistaken) for the friendly bacteria in your gut, strengthening the baby's immune system and softening their stools. In this bag, we had, files, a tin of baby milk powder each and some other stuff which I forgot. Pretty interesting.

Aside from that, we won some freebies through games.

Eye mask. This is my favourite freebie, overall. It's so relaxing to just cover the thing over your eye after a day's work. Ahhh.

A pen cum radio. Haven't used this yet but my bro says the reception in our area is quite bad so we can't really use the radio well.

Now, I'm patiently waiting for dad to get the chedder cheese for me since I will be baking cheese biscuits today.
