With the hype of the World Cup these days, I have done another WC hype of the moment thing. Jack and Jill potato chips were giving away these limited edition World Cup hangers and after watching Derek crazily buying packets of chips just to get an England hanger (but still failing anyway), Ai Ling and I headed to Tesco just now and we bought 3 packets of chips!
I opened one just now and got the hanger I wanted- South Korea!
Taken via webcam so it's kinda blur. Ha! Smsed Derek to gloat at how lucky I was and he called me evil. Tsk tsk.
Here is yet another confession I would like to make. I'm always updating myself with BB news via ibigbang because they have the quickest updates on their latest news and videos and such. One day, I logged into the site and found that they were having an iBigbang Contest Giveaway!
Usually I don't really pay much attention to such contests but after reading through the competition details, I got so inspired so I submitted an essay for the contest! Yet another first-time for me, really!
Might post my essay up here, depending on whether I feel embarrassed about it or not because it is quite fan-girl crazed. Haha!
One of the organizers emailed me back and said:

They danced. Youngbae smiled. She was the one. Both couples lived happily ever after.

Based on the email, you can pretty much tell that it is very OTT. Haha!
Anyways. Back to the subject of phone camera randoms. Here are some of the transferred photos from the phone. I actually transferred them out last week or so but forgot that I had. Hmm.
Starting off with a photo of Xiao Bai/ No-no yawning! Cuteness, no? No-no is once again back in our place because Ai Ling's coursemate has gone back to her hometown.

A food carnival went down last Thursday on the campus grounds. It was indeed a good change from having to face the long queues at the cafeterias for once. Food choice was aplenty but we bought our foodstuff pretty quickly because the sun was just blazing. Roar.
Some of the foodstuff! Bought a chocolate pie, chendol, kebab and dumplings. There were also lekor, Indian rojak and some other things my coursemates bought which were shared around.

Here is a photo of me fooling around with coursemate Stippie's hair. After nomming our carnival bought food, we had a couple of hours to kill before the next class so we started fooling around.

Random photo. My Domo phone cover sitting near the bigass window! We were accompanying a friend who was going to the library to check out some books. Couldn't enter cos we were wearing slippers so we were hanging outside the library while waiting.
Luinch last Friday. Mee Poh Goreng with seaweed and sesame topping. Yummy it was.

Tonight is gonna be a busy night! We'll be catching the 10 pm match between Argentina and Germany and then the 2.30 am match between Spain and Paraguay!
Undecided on who to support for 10 pm. Roar. May the best team win!
