Shiny Plastic People

These are the people you watch from afar.

The shiny, shiny people who make you think what makes them so plastic. So...near perfection.

And then you begin to wonder. Are they what they seem or are they just as ordinary as you, under their shiny exterior.

Then, what makes you look at them in a different light? What is it that makes them look so unattainable?

This is also the time where you sit and think how it would be like to live their life. To view things through their eyes.

By then, would it be much better compare to your own life or is it just the same?

Why is it so easy to want to be in someone else's shoes and difficult just to be pleased with whatever you have?

Sure, wishing you look different or having to face a different situation is possible but do you think all wishes come true?

Putting hope on a fantasy you wish will be true ain't gonna cut it. That's always the problem with hope.

Having hope in a situation is just a waste of time. For me at least.

Why hope so much when you know things won't go your way like most of the time?

Why plot and plan and dream things that you know will never, ever happen?

Berhenti Berharap.

And when you do, maybe it won't hurt so bad.

Maybe by then, you'll learn to love yourself a bit more.
