Anyway, some photos to share.

Coursemate Mark went back to KL last week and got us Mr Baoz! He's a bit shy when it comes to taking photos cos he reckons he's getting fatter =.= Tsk tsk tsk. I have no idea what is that red red light shining on his finger and chin. Some reflection of..something.

Mr Baoz in a box. Mr Baoz is actually..something like J.Co, Krispy Kreme and Big Apple donuts. They're paos which have been given a modern twist.

He got 6 different flavours in which we happily divided each piece nicely to be eaten.

From top left clockwise, we have Black Diamond Chocolate Roll, Curry Mutton Baoz, Tri-star Squid Roll, Curry Beef Baoz, Viennese Cheese Baoz and Snowflake Taro Baoz.
I personally like the Curry Mutoon Baoz, Curry Beef Baoz and Viennese Cheese Baoz. The rest were pretty average. They have so much more other flavours but yes, it was interesting to eat paos with a modern twist.

Dear coursemate Sooi Pheng also got me chee cheong fun all the way from Penang! The sauce is made up of prawns/shrimps and has this rojak taste. It was nice.
After having the Teluk Intan one, I guess she wanted to show us some chee cheong fun competition from Penang. Haha!

Childhood friend: Bubbles! I used to love, love, love bubbles. Not sure whether many of you will remember this shop called Yours Truly back in Miri which sold lots of toys and things like that? My strongest memory of bubbles come from buying those little transparent bottles of bubbles there. I used to have a thing for dinosaurs back then so I remember picking out a dino-shaped bottle. The liquid was either blue or pink. Hmm. Bubbles.
Tesco's bubble blower is more canggih cos it's battery operated and can produce so, so much bubbles. Yes, this was the weapon used in the Merdeka Photoshoot to produce bubbles. Bubbles are just so light and...happy. Ai Ling and I randomly played with some from our balcony the other day. With 1 litre of bubble solution left, we're bound to have more bubbly moments. Lol.
To end, food from dinner today. Chef Ai Ling was behind the err..pot today =D

She made kicap chicken which was yummy with ginger and chilli and garlic.

Fried cabbage with oyster sauce. Yums.
Not so sure yet, but some coursemates and I are planning to do a short end-of-the-sem photoshoot next Wednesday. We're planning to collaborate with some of the Communication and Networking students from the Oral Comm class for it. Some of them seem up for it as well so we'll see how it goes as the day draws near.
It's kinda weird how friendship forms sometimes. The CN students were just..people who were attending the same Oral Comm lectures as us for weeks until we got divided into our presentation groups. As the semester draws to a close, apart from making friends with the people within our group, we've been having inter-group friendship making as well which is quite interesting.
Anyways, till then.
