Anyways, I am declaring this night de-stress night! Not that I actually need it but ah well, every needs time to just relax eh.
I don't know how I did on my critical thinking and writing paper though. I somehow had the feeling I totally screwed the essay but what done is done and I can't turn back the time. Ah well.
On a random note, Hershey's manly bits have started showing! =( It's growing up so fast. Sigh.
I'm currently multitasking. I'm trying to finish this post while arranging the photos I have into the correct folders. I also have to start renaming each and every photo. Hmmm.
Photos ahead.
Our second attempt at chicken curry! The first one didn't go too well cos there wasn't much of a curry taste. This one tasted more like curry and it was a tad too spicy. I added some lemongrass in almost as an afterthought but it went well. Should try to add more next time. However, I shall have to google up more chicken curry recipes to cook it the correct way. I am told that I have to mix the curry paste till 'oil oozes out' but no matter how long we waited, it never happened. Hmm.

Yesterday, we had chicken casserole. Just use one tin of Campbell's chicken soup and mix in the other ingredients like chicken, sausages, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, carrots and onions and wait for it to berboil. Brussel sprouts have been one of our usual veggie these days. It is selling for RM 2.00-RM4.00 in Tesco since it becomes the last stock since no one wants to buy them ah well. Their loss.
Another way of cooking it is by frying it with mushrooms in butter. The awesomeness. *Slurps.

And this, my friends, is the most homey soup on earth. It is called the ABC soup. I have no idea why it is called ABC but I remember having this for the first time at my maternal grandma's place and my cousins were getting all excited by it. Sigh. Since Tesco does not sell pork bones, we used chicken instead. Let the chicken boil in water for some time. Add in the corn and boil a bit more. Next throw in the potatoes, carrots and onions and after a long, long boiling period, you will have this soup that is sweet and a bit salty (have to add a bi t of salt la duhh) at the right places. Yum.
Ai Ling will agree with me if I say that I have this habit of tasting food when cooking. It's very fun wad, don't you think? At the first stages of boiling, the soup basically tasted like onions so I chucked some out. Little did I know that the rest of the ingredients took a longer time to omit their taste. Ah well. =.=
Ze present from my coursemates.

Bangles I <3
I've started taking a favour to bangles recently.
A couple of weeks back, Jang Yee had us over for some of her home-made noodles.

Ai Ling was there to lend a hand to the process.

Ai Ling was in charge of rolling the dough and Jang Yee was cutting the dough into strips.

Some of the ready made noodles.

She made a yummy soup to go with it, which consisted of anchovies, 'mani' veg and garlic.

The process was definitely a tedious one but the outcome was good.
Anyway, I guess I shall be off. Can log onto Ai Ling's blog for more updates. See, I am promoting her like crazy haih. Admit that I am nice please. Hurhur.
Till then.
