It is now 12.48 am and I have just started warming up my butt on this nicey nicey cushion back at HOME where the connection is much much faster and I can update my blog with much much many many photos. Woot!
I don't even know where to start. Food? Uni photos? Where? There?
Am feeling pretty wired now being home and all. Ai Ling and I woke up at 7 am today to do some last minute packing and also to ensure that our apartment is safely locked up. We then headed to the KTM Station at around 8.45 am by taxi for our 9.34 am KTM to KL Central. We arrived at around 12.00 pm and then it was off to LCCT via bus and we arrived there an hour later.
There, we helped out another friend, Wan Yi who was leaving on the 3 pm flight back to Miri by unloading her loads. It was seriously very scary, the amount of stuff she was bringing back. After that is was McD for late lunch and some drama watching on the lappie before checking in at 5 pm. We met up with a former form 6 classmate, Tse Jack then and headed to the departure hall.
This is where the quite funny story starts. The departure hall was filled to the brim with people and there was no place for us to sit so we had a brilliant idea. Our departure gate was marked as P4 so we decided to place our handcarry luggages there and make ourselves comfortable on the floor. However, as we were doing that, a line started forming behind us and soon, there were two lines full of Miri people! It was only 6.00 pm then, mind you. You know what that means. Ehem. After waiting in line for nearly 50 minutes, we still had to give way to the Kuching flight people because they were departing using the same gate as us. Hoho. Still, it was funnny.
Then once we were about to take off, the kid sitting in front of Ai Ling vomitted. It was seriously very smelly and we were trying not to suffocate for the first 20 minutes of the trip. We then found a spot of vomit just in front of Ai Ling's seat. Yuck. We spent the rest of the duration watching Eurotrip. Hoho.
After landing, dad brought the family to have dinner at Jingwood and I had grilled garlic fish which is very nice la weih. No photos though. Plenty of catching up to do. Tomorrow, I shall have to go visit me grandmothers and make some marshmallow chocolate covered thing for Chinese New Year which is just 2 days away =D
I shall also try to upload my photos tomorrow and I've decided to start off with some photos from the steamboat we had last night which was very satisfying. *Slurps.
As of now, I shall have to do research for my literature project due in February. Till then!
