Wednesday fun

Some colleagues warned me that I shall rot to death at home once I stop working.

Truth is, I'm actually enjoying myself at the moment, as you can see from my previous posts. Life has been pretty eventful.

Today I did a bit of house cleaning in the morning and had a bright idea to start vacuuming. I was busy vacuuming the computer/piano area when suddenly I heard a 'Poof!' and turned around just in time to see smoke coming out from the vacuum. It sure smelled bad. I panicked for a moment (I was home alone, okay) and then quickly shut off the main switch. Smoke continued swirling out from the now broken machine. This also means no more vacuuming for weeks at least.

I then gave up and read some Reader's Digest instead.

Then, I had a bright idea to bake cookies! =D

I made some chocolate chip shortbread cookies and used some really super cute cookie cutters to shape them so now there is a jar full of assorted cookies. However, since this is a first time I was making such cookies, it was a bit of a culture shock for me because I didn't know the dough would be crumbly after mixing it which was a bit of a nightmare. The cookies' width are also not very accurate yet but NEVER MIND la, there's always a first time for everything. Photos are still in my phone so next time then.

Before I forget, I shall do the Aizzat Tag.

I don't know why I am always wearing this shirt when I take photos.

It's a very comfy night shirt though. I shall not tag anyone la but if you want to feel clever, go ahead and do it. Haha. So mean.

Oh, oh! I have decided!

I have decided to..keep long hair again! It's gonna be such a hassle to get my hair cut during the duration of my study period so the only logical solution is to keep it long and jungly.

Shall consult my hairdresser about this. I might revert back to my old hairstyle. In case you've forgotten, it's something like this;

There were two layers on it,one was the really long layer and the other one the really short one.

Well something like this la or if the hairdresser has other suggestions I shall have to take them to consideration.
