I am upset! I was certain this was something that would stick. However, I never knew that one day, I would run out of my important food source, vegetables hence forcing me to break the Healthy Eating regime!! The horror, the horror.
Okay so I cheated and had oatmeal today but one can only consume that much oatmeal. =.=
I reckon there's this Health Kick epidemic going around the center these days. Many colleagues I know have started dieting, eating healthily and having lots and lots of salads and stuff. It's like aliens from planet Health has taken over our minds. Oh no. They are among us. =/ Lame.
I've actually lost some weight. =D Happy, happy really. I reckon all that running I have to do for MR also plays an important part in this. Woot. Shall try not to hate MR so much. Hope the weight losing continues. For now, I am not so overweight anymore. =D =D =D
If some of you start scratching your head and start saying stuff like, "But you still look fat!", ye shall just be quiet and let me revel in my awesomeness of losing weight because it's actually pretty hard for me okay!
On a random note, pointless crushes are fun.
Also, daydreaming and having a good imagination also adds joy to a lackluster day. You know, the good-case-scenario sort of thinking you do when the day becomes duller by the minute and you wish and imagine away of the good things and stuff that you'd love to happen to you that day.
You should try it really.

P/S I reckon I shall have a slice of toast (with butter/peanut butter) and slices of apple and cheese for breakfast tomorrow. No, you shall not lecture me about cheese, thank you. It is healthy food.
PPS: I've lectured dad about stocking more veggies in the refrigerator. Hurhur.

Yes, Huixin! Oatmeal is very healthy as it has helped me lose weight. Believe it or not, I've shed about 20 pounds by eating oatmeal for lunch and doing hula hoop several times a week, 40 mins a session.
Crushes? Did I hear you say crushes? So who is that lucky guy? :) I guess we're on the same boat. I am always imagining things.........
Wooo but I can't stand having oatmeal everyday. By the way, how do you eat your oatmeal? I eat it with condensed milk. =.= I used to hoola hoop too!! Had this routine figured out but I couldn't stick to it. Haha.
Ahh. Just some random guy I came across. It's really pointless though. Haha. I shy to talk about it. Lol lol lol!!! Yea me imagination runs wild when I am free. It's such a release. =D
I boil it with water and add some fresh milk to it. It is tasteless but oh well, it helps. It lowers your cholesterol too.
Oooooooooo......crushes are fun, aren't they? It makes me happy to think/dream about the possibilities that could happen. Ha!
Just let it out.. like I did. :)
