So I start the day with a helping of vegetables and fruit salad. Lunch would usually consist of 2 pieces of bread and Milo. Din din would resume as usual, but I would have to cut down on the rice intake.
Today's salad. The salad consists of lettuce, tomato and cucumber slices, apples and corn. The orange container holds the dressing made from apple cider, sesame seed oil, some garlic powder thing and sugar.
I brought too much dressing to work I reckon. Shall have to decrease the amount. Anyway, when I put the empty containers into my bag, the remaining dressing in the bottom of the container spilled into my bag and there was this horrendous vinegar smell lo which was erm, disgustipating. *reminds self to bring extra tight container and less dressing tomorrow.

I reckon I shall join your 'eating healthy' bandwagon...I neeeeeeeeed to lose some weight but I can't sustain on salad.....
