I have decided to do something new this week. See, I have to wake up at 6.30 am for work nearly every morning. Hence, I had a sudden brainstorm to actually do a half hour session of hula-hooping before getting ready. Which means, 6.30am-7.00am is for exercising. Better than doing absolutely nothing I would say. Let's see how things go.
Back to the real topic: Weekend Recap.
Digressing a bit. I am quite annoyed that last week's episode of ANTM was a recap episode. I didn't even bother watching it lor since recaps are...boring. For shows la I mean.
So YES. Moving on.
Had a baking therapy session on Saturday afternoon. Mom's friend gave her a new recipe book and upon poring over it, the chocolate chip cookie recipe immediately popped out at me. The difference is, instead of chocolate chips, bits of eating chocolate are mixed in which makes it well...different.

Chopping the chocolate into coarse pieces.

Spooning the dough unto trays.

Finally, the final product as below.

Some were sort of burnt due to the fact that my brother suddenly decided to be some sort of a pest in the kitchen leading to low concentration level on my part. Tsk tsk.

I read a pretty interesting article at work last Saturday.

If you look closely, the article states that left handed females are actually a minority.
Which makes us super special lor, I reckon. Woot Woot for us lefties. =D
After Saturday came Sunday. I suddenly developed a craving for coconut in the afternoon. Brother wanted to pay his band a visit so I rung up the paternal cousin and decided to head to Tanjong for coconut after dropping the brother off at school.

Had coconut (Rm 2.50 each) and RM 6 worth of prawn fritters and the like.
Just last week, I came here as well (refer to Aizzat's beach post) and this other stall sold one coconut for RM 3 each. Some more the coconut not much flesh one.

I think we kena ripped off from that stall lor (although it's only 50 cents la). The RM 2.50 coconut on the other hand had tons of yummy flesh which practically slid down your throat due to its smoothness. Yum.

RM 6 prawn fritters + keladi + other stuff plate which wasn't too bad.
Ah, now I know which stall sells the good stuff. Haha!
Of course, with this cousin, there would always be some camwhoring moments. Apparently, he read some tips on the newspaper on how to take good self shots or something and wanted to put the tips to good use.

My attempt. Not too bad.

His attempt with the aid of the skills acquired from the newspaper.
After the eating, it was time for the walking.

A very sunny day, as you can see.

The tide was pretty high as well but that did not dampen the spirits of the people who were there to have a walk on the beach. I am so lame at times it even amazes me. Tsk tsk.

Much much many many water. Lol. Remember that bridge there? We did cross it last week. Hehe.

Some sort of root or bush which looked kind of gross.

Beach shots are always lovely to look at.

In between the walks, more camwhoring continued.

The happy shot.

The 'searching' shot.
I don't know why but my face has started sprouting pimples again which is so annoying. It's not like I don't drink enough water or eat enough fruits. I do I do! I have been applying Clearasil by the ton and hopefully that will work.
I haven't had this much pimples since form 6 lor which makes this situation all the more hateful.

The 'searching in a cute way' shot.
This goes to show that I am not the one who came up with the theme of the shot. Not so 'creative'. Hoho.

Another happy shot at a different location.

The thinking shot. I came up with this theme. Haha! I think I like the photo the most although I did cut myself in half. It still looks pretty nice, in my opinion. You can barely see my pimples. Hurhur.

Yes, now it's back to another week of work. How time flies. Till the next time I post. Later.
